Delete your ApiX account

You can delete your ApiX account, or the profile of your child, at any time.

In the app

Open Profile → Delete account and confirm.

By e-mail

1. Write to info@apixsports.com from the e-mail address of the account, with the subject “Delete account”.
2. Give the username of the account. A parent asking to delete a child profile gives the child’s username.
3. We confirm your request by e-mail and may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.

What happens

• Your account, profile, results, APX Index and any uploaded video are removed from our live systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.
• Results may be kept only in anonymised form (no name, username, e-mail or date of birth) for reference-value statistics.
• Invoices and payment records are kept for 10 years, as Slovenian tax law requires (ZDDV-1, Article 86). Records of consents and accepted terms are kept for 5 years.
