Device storage and cookie notice

Part 1 — What the ApiX app stores on your phone and what it sends

Slovenian law (ZEKom-2 Art. 225) requires us to tell you what we store on or read from your phone, and to ask before we do so for anything that is not strictly necessary to provide the app you asked for. This is the list, verified against the app’s code on 2026-10-01.

We do not track you across other apps or websites and do not use your data for advertising.

Microphone. Not used — no sound is recorded. Your Photos. The app can only add a video you chose to save; it never reads your photo library. Menu → Delete test videos removes every stored test video at any time.

Part 2 — Cookies on apixsports.com and the club portal

No analytics, advertising or social-media cookies are set on the portal.

Website (apixsports.com). The website sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It uses no analytics, advertising or social-media tools; fonts and images are served from apixsports.com itself by our hosting provider (Vercel Inc., see the Privacy Notice), not loaded from third-party services. Because nothing optional is set, there is no cookie banner. If this changes, we will update this notice and ask for your consent before any optional cookie is set.
